The warranty will cover Product and Installation, only on a repair/replace basis. All items carry a warranty of at least 12 months and must be returned to the store for claim. The length of term of the warranty should be used as an indication as to the commercial quality of the product.
Orders can be placed by phone, fax or email. A minimum 50% deposit is required to initiate an order. It is the clients responsibility to confirm all measurements, colours and configurations on quoted items before authorising an official order. We reserve the right to charge a minimum re stocking fee of 30% for orders cancelled after the order has been placed. Upon cancellation of an order a 50% cancellation fee will be applicable
Whilst every endeavour is made to hold pricing to that which is published in the catalogue or on the net the escalating costs of raw materials and labour necessitate the confirmation of pricing prior to placing your order.
Delivery fees are based on the number of items, destination and ease of delivery. Please ask one of our friendly staff for a quote.
